Congratulations on your upcoming nuptials!
Your wedding reception will be planned perfectly using our personalized planning system. Here is an outline of the Traditional Wedding Event Timeline:
Wedding Ceremony
As an additional option in our wedding package, we can provide music, soloist, etc. for your wedding ceremony. This involves using two systems (one set up at the ceremony and one set up at the reception). Thus, there is an addtional cost of $100.
Wedding Receptions ($400 Package Price - Includes DJ, Karaoke, Lighting)
Cocktail Hour - As the guests arrive, a soothing mix of Jazz, Instrumentals, etc. is usually played. We can also personalize this for you if you have any preferences for this time.
Bridal Party Introductions - As the Bridal Party enters the reception area, we introduce each member and customize the musical background to suit your needs.
Toasts and Announcements - Wireless microphones are available for speeches, toasts, etc. throughout the reception!
Dinner Hour - Once again, usually Jazz or Instrumental music is used for background atmosphere. We will customize this to suit your preference also.
Transition Time - As dinner is winding down, we begin to play a little more upbeat music to bring the crowd into the "Party" atmosphere.
First Dances - Bride and Groom Dance - This is when the crowd gets to see the happy couple in motion. We customize each dance to your preference, using only your requested songs for each dance. After the Bride & Groom dance, there is usually a Father of the Bride/Daughter dance, Mother of the Groom/Son dance, etc.
Dancing, Karaoke & Main Entertainment - We usually start off with music for all ages and maybe some line dances to break the ice with the crowd. You can request certain songs to be played throughout the event. However, we will also mix in some of the more popular, most requested tunes to keep the crowd happy. If Karaoke is requested, this is also when it may take place. When choosing songs, please remember to include some slower songs choices. And, try to refrain from choosing hard-core styles such as: Heavy Rock, Extreme Rap, and inappropriate lyrics. Even though this is "your" special day, you do not want to offend your guests in any way.
Cake Cutting, Bouquet Toss, Garter Tosses - These traditional wedding activities are emceed by us, and can be customized with the music of your choosing.
Other Activities - We can assist and/or coordinate other activities such as the money dance,
honeymoon dance, gift giveaways, centerpiece giveaways, games, etc... And, once again, we will customize each activity with the music of your choosing.
